The solution, the alternative to reduce spending on the health care is to use my unique fitness program. I'm an Author of book "Get Energized!" and Producer of video. PEOPLE! WAKE UP! DO NOT GAMBLE WITH YOUR OWN HEALTH!

I evaluate a book not for a name or an Author, but for what the benefits this book will give me. The books "Harry Potter", Hillary Clinton's "Living History" and B. Clinton "My Life": I don't want them for free - I don't want to waste my time on them. I wrote my book "Get Energized!" to help many millions people in possible prevention of many illnesses, diseases (include cancers), slow down the aging process. If a reader will not read the Clinton's or JK Rolling books, he or she will lose nothing. But if a reader will not use my fitness regimen, she or he may lose a lot, even life.

- Harry Potter books by JK Rolling are selling very well not because it benefits the children and adults, but because of huge and very costly publicity by publishers: Bloomsbury - British Publisher, Scholastic Press - American Publisher, Allen & Unwin in Australia and Raincoast Books in Canada. Through public relation (PR) companies they paid a huge ammount of money to the media: bought TV stations, including Public Broadcast Service (PBS) newspapers and etc for to talk about this book, to brainwash the public. Even government agencies as schools and libraries are promoting these books saying that these books are increasing reading habit. And it is working: the people, children and etc are paying big money and buying these books. What benefits these books are giving to children? In libraries are so many, on much interesting subject and more useful in life books on the earth, geology, ocean, space, climate change, invention and etc. And ...they are free.

--It costs too much to be sick: Mastectomy cost $3,000 - $8,000. Prostate biopsy cost $1,500. Treatment of Prostate Cancer cost $25,000. To treat a heart attack cost $20,000. It is money and many people have no money for it. So many people are dying from these diseases, which could be prevented through this fitness regimen.
