Commissioner of BOLI Gardner does not perform his job and obligations, does not investigate Complaints of Discriminations, but Merkley covers up the crime of this garbage. It is a crime of Speaker of the House Merkley: USC T 5, 2302, he can't hold any office and must resign, Hire people on merit basis, but hire US Citizens first. With federal funding Oregon will start a research and manufacture of wooden construction material fire resistant.
5) Make health care, insurance and sick days affordable for all citizens. Allow women stay in hospitals at least 2 days after mastectomy. I will teach women how prevent cancers. Help our People first! They are fighting for you! I many times wrote to new Secretary of the Defense Robert Gates and General Petraeus and offered my help in to have a victory in Iraq in 2-4 months, but no answer. R. Gates must resign, he is useless, has no any combat experience, does not know the history of World War II.

-- IRAQI OUTSIDE IRAQ MUST HELP USA IN IRAQ: Many millions Iraqi people left Iraq before and during war because of prosecution, political, religions, economic and other reasons and are living now in the USA, UK and many other countries. Now US troops are fighting and dying for freedom and democracy of all Iraqi people, so, most of these refuges now have an opportunity to fight for own democracy, freedom and for own country, but they don't do it. Why? Why they are hiding, but US soldiers are dying for them? Why?
--They must organize own military units, go to Iraq and US soldiers will train them. It will be a big help our troopers.

--This nation: the media, politicians and President Bush are talking too much about Freedom, Democracy, Liberty, Tyranny, Justice and violations of civil and human rights in other countries, blaming Russian's President Putin, but we have here, in the USA violations and rape of our Constitution, corporate (as TRI-MET), political and judicial tyranny against me and many thousand of citizens, and the Rulers have no accountability, no punishment for it. And all of them gave fake Oath of Office and Pledge of Allegiance which is saying justice for all. Where is justice? The media is covering up these crimes and responsible for it. But some day the Justice will come.

So many people have died and are dying now not for this. Smith says that he is for the PEOPLE of Oregon. Where is the faith, integrity and moral values of this political prostitute? I have an evidence this political garbage is ignoring, violating, raping and criminal contempting our Constitution, and should be in prison for it for 2 years: he gave an Oath Of Office and the Pledge of Allegiance and must uphold the provisions of Constitution and the Code of Ethics. I informed Smith many times that EEOC does not investigate my Complaints of Discrimination by TRI-MET, but he did nothing because he received money from those who broke the laws. It is a crime T. 5 USC Section 2302. But the media says no one word about it. Oregon Republican Party (ORP) are responsible for his crimes: it endorsed and nominated this moron before the PEOPLE.

--Former Chair of First Congressinal District of Wash. County Democrats Cathy Stanton and ODP (Oregon Democratic Party) did everything to block my debate with D. Wu in 2006. It is a violations of the Platform and ByLaws of Dem. Party. This woman is a bitch, devil, hurts party, our democracy and put our national security in big danger. Speaker of the US House Nancy Pelosi is talking too much about accountability, budget and same time is traveling on taxpayers expensives. I filed a Request with the Oregon State Bar (OSB, is a group of lawyers who give Certificates to lawyers for to practice law and support the Constitution) to revoke a Certificate from US Attorney Karin Immergut, but the OSB is refusing to do it. It is a cover-up, protection of not convicted yet criminal K. Immergut, it is a violation of the Constitution of Oregon and the USA and the Code of Ethics and Rules of the OSB.

- Former US Attorney Mosman defended crimes of US Judges Panner and etc, but got a promotion from Wyden, Smith, Blumenauer and Wu to US Judge position. It is a crime too. And the media is responsible for it - TV stations: KATU, KOIN, KGW, KPTV, the Oregonian, Beaverton Valley Times are saying no one word about it because politicians bought media. This media is violating the Code of Ethics for the Media. Shame!

--Oregon State Bar (OSB) refused to investigate crimes of some lawyers and state judges. President of Board of Directors of the OSB Albert Menashe intentionally covers up, protects crimes of judges. It is a crime and he must get a prison term.

--Former Commissioner of the EEOC Cari Dominguez violated the Constitution of the USA, so and current Commissioner Naomi Earp. It is a crime and President Bush is responsible.
--Shame on G. Smith, he must uphold our law, but does crimes as other prostitutes who are many years in Legislatures: Kulongoski - 30 years, Blumenauer is 22years and Wyden is 24. Career, "experienced" politicians suck taxpayers' blood. What is the result? Many people can't find a job, high taxes for poor and very low or no tax for some corporations, high crime. Oil companies bought the media and the media is reporting that the high cost of fuel is because people are driving too much and oil companies are doing repairs. What a baloney! So, why the oil companies have huge profits? With permission, with the green light of Oregon Senators R. Wyden and G. Smith the oil companies are gouging the gasolene price, which will cost less before election: Smith wants be reelected (isn't it an evidence that political prostitute is paying back to donors?). And who is suffering? The poor, low income people: they do not spend on food for to buy fuel. High cost of the health care and drugs and these high experienced an idiots can't win war in Iraq and many people are dying there. Isn't a discrimination against poor, who is defending this "democracy"?

--Cost of fuel is higher because of US government wants it: US Senator Schumer (D), the Secretary of Energy Samuel W. Bodman and AAA are said that fuel will cost up to $4 per gallon, and the oil companies as BP Amoco ARCO, Exxon Mobil, Conoco, Halliburton, Phillip Petr., Shell, Texaco are going for it with a green light of the media and AAA, bought by them: Tim Russert (bought by oil companies) from Meet The Press of the NBC, is defending oil companies saying that the public must understand how oil companies are spending money. What an idiot, a puppet of oil companies! And US Senator G. Smith and oilman President Bush are supporting huge profits of oil companies as Exxon Mobil had net income of $39.5 billion in 2006 and we are paying high price for it. G. Smith is paying back do donors. Oil companies bought politicians and doing fuel gouging with permit of politicians: White House and US Senate opposed laws against fuel price gouging. It is a pay back to donors, but the People and businesses are paying for it.

--Food prices are rising. Again: because of corrupted politicians - high fuel prices and also corn growers bought politicians and they are paying back - promoting corn.

--Thank YOU, THE PEOPLE of Oregon for trusting and voting for me in 2002 and in 2004. First time and 36,100 people voted for me as Commissioner of BOLI (Some PEOPLE in the Central Oregon themselves, without my knowledge, made signs of my name on the roads. BIG THANK to all of you. I so proud of it! If there were a public debate on Public TV/Radio, I would be elected as Commissioner of BOLI. But Oregon Public TV/Radio, Mr M. Orme (was President) willfully, intentionally refused to organize debates, forums. It is not in good faith. Stop donation to the OPB and federal funding till OPB will broadcast debates. Dan Gardner was "elected" in the Primary because was a very low percent participants. Election of Commissioner of BOLI must be on General Election. Government employees should not be immune for their's actions. for violations of laws. They must be accountable, must have a moral, monetary and criminal responsibilites for crimes.

The media (as Oregonian newspaper and TV stations) are covering up, protecting crimes of politicians because they bought the media. The media controls this country: politicians and the masses. The media is promoting, making presidents as Barack Obama, H. Clinton, M. Huckabee and others current candidates because they paid the media many millions, saying that they have an "experience". These "experienced" politicians failed to pass the test: to help President Bush with problems in Iraq, with Iran, Syria, Middle East and etc. Talking "machines". Name what good they did for nation? Our nation does NOT need these candidates for president. Our country needs Mr Ross Perot, Ralph Nader or Warren Buffett for President. It is a rape of our Constitution and Freedom of Speech. I'm an official Write-In Candidate for State Representative, 28th District, against idiot Jeff Barker in General, 2006 Election, but Mayor Drake again refused to invite me on Forum of Candidates running for public office. Mayor Drake is afaid me and acting as a dictator, abuses power, does not support the Constitution of the USA, and on base of Amendment XIV, Section 3 he can not hold any office and must be fired. He paid himself a huge salary, about $150K. Who work for whom? He does not care about others. It possible I will run against him in next election.

--Election Campaign Reform - In Oregon the Primary Election is close election: not affiliated can not vote. It is a fake election, illegal and is intentional abuse power by Republican and Democratic Parties. It is very simple: abolish Primary Election because many people may not vote, it is violations of theirs right to vote, it is violation of US Constitution by the Oregon Legislature and very low participation and the Public Broadcast Service (PBS), including the Oregon Public Broadcast (OPB), which received federal money, must pay back to society - must inform and educate it's members and the public about Candidates running for US Senate and must broadcast debates, forums of Candidates for US Senate. But the media and special interests as unions need Primary because it is an extra huge income for the media from political advertisers and special interests have an opportunity to elect own puppets. But for our Constitution for national interests and for our national security the Prinary Election must be abolished.

--Corruptions: what is the difference between "contributions, donations" and bribery, corruptions? Nothing! Same! It is a political prostitution, selling our democracy and country. And the media says nothing against it because money goes to the media. In China is a death penalty for bribery, in the USA is election and promotion for bribery. The donors are appointed to high government positions and hiring relatives. What a shame on this nation!

--Ban on all Lobbyists: why they have a special privilege? Because they are corrupting politicians and many big companies have huge profits from it: get subsidy or do not pay taxes. Politicians are elected to serve us, the People, but Lobbyists (special interests) only. Our guys in Iraq have no lobbyists.

--Primary Elections must be as Holidays with 1-hour pay off for Voters.

--Taxes: We are paying too much income and property taxes. Where the money go? To pay huge salaries to government employees: President of the OHSU Peter Kohler has $675K, President of the PSU Bernstine has $150-175K, Commissioner of Washington Country T. Brian has $159,000 salary, County Administrator has $152,000, Mayor of Beaverton Drake has salary $150,000 a year, General Manager of THPRD has $127K and etc. Who serve who? No one government employee may get salary higher than governor of state, Cut taxes. Household in the $15,000 range income should not pay tax. CEO of Portland General Electric (PGE) Peggy Fowler has salary $610,000 by overcharging customers. Review corporate tax cut: all must pay fair taxes.

--Car Insurance is a very good idea, but do not make a law: do not dictate people what to do. This law, made by corrupted by insurance companies politicians, is against our Constitution. Auto insurance companies bought politicians and are making billions dollars by ripping off clients. "Smog" inspection of a new cars: it is a "Street Robbery" by government. Some people, including senior citizens, are driving a few miles only, but are paying too much for car insurance. If a person has no accidents- 50 % money should be returned. Insure a person, but not a few cars he or she owns.

-- Crime: Defense Never Win. It is a simple, protect the victims, harder punishment for crimes and prisoners must work to pay back. Prisons must be profitable. Allow police and citizens to use weapons for protection of lives and properties (include vehicles): shoot below a belt-line. It will stop vandals and stealing.

--Help the American Legion and the Citizens Frag Alliance (CFA) to make an amendment to the Constitution to prohibit the physical desecration of the Flag of the USA. Destroying American Flag is NOT free speech, but terror against our nation, so many people died not for it. Viotion of a free speech is when the media is lying, covering up, protecting crimes of politicians.

--Health Care / Drugs: $1.7 trillion taxpayers money goes to health care and President Bush signs $15 Billion Emergency AIDS Bill to Africa, saying that "the US has a moral obligation to help". Where is moral obligation of the President Bush when 47 million Americans are without health insurance and 18,000 are dying every year because of it (49 per day)? Who cares? It is a discrimination. Wu, Blumenauer, Wyden, Smith are talking and talking only about it only. They are talking about what the People want to hear, but do nothing for it!. Uninsured individuals are overcharged. We must take care of our own people first: help each other. For this amount of money, reducing paper work, fire free loaders (nation does not need them) in the health insurance industry, every citizen must have and I promise: will have afordable health care without spending extra taxpayers money. I have a plan, a solution and promise to reduce the cost of the health care and drugs.

--Sick Leave must be for all working people, and government, not employers, must pay for it.

Private employment agencies as ManPower, Kelly and etc must pay part for health care. Reduce the healh care cost through control of the cost of drugs. And mass participation in fitness activities as my fitness program: it will prevent many medical problems, including cancers, cut the cost of the health care and drugs. Fitness is a solution, the answer to our soaring health care cost. Individuals and organizations, enrolling in fitness programs must pay less for health care. But politicians as D.Wu, Blumenauer, R. Wyden, G. Smith and others are not interested to concentrate on prevention of medical problems because drug companies and the health care organizations will lose big money. And who are paying for it? Taxpayers. The new Medicare Drug Prescription Policy is written by drug companies and is a rip-off seniors with approval of US legislature. I and many other seniors do not use drugs. So, why Medicare, Medicare.gov / 1-800-MEDICARE is pushing me to pay for drugs to buy a drug plans? Legalize Marijuana.

--I will promote and help the child care on workplaces and after school not for government employees only, but for all working people. It would be good for families, for safety of children and increase productivity.

--Idiot Kulongoski and Oregon Democratic Party raised pay of agencies directors: Max Williams - to $166,000; Lindsay Ball - $166,000; Dr Bruce Goldberg - $158,000; Matt Garrett - $158,000 and many, many more. For what? What benefits they did for state and us, the People? Name me? Some of them are lazy, overpaid, wasting taxpayers money and have no any accountability. Many of the them as Dr. Bruce Goldberg, Max Williams, John Minnix and etc are not convicted yet criminals and should be in prizon for vilation and rape of our Constitution. This action of Democratic Party showed that this party is not poor, but for rich people. No! The public does NOT want to raise them pay. Department heads must get pay cut: pay no more than $50,000 a year. If some of them do not like it - welcome to leave. State of Oregon has so many smart people and more beneficials. It could generate big money which would go on health insurance for uninsure children and adults, as parents of our soldiers in Iraq.

--Democratic Party and Idiot / liar Kulongoski are talking too much that this party is a party for working and poor people, but this action of increasing pay for high pay lazy government employees does not support it. It is a real face of the Oregon Democration Party: supports the rich people. Now we see how the Democratic Party is wasting your money. The media and the rulers of Democratic Party support Kulongoski.

--To get money for health insurance for all Americans is very easy: stop funding and subsidy of profitable companies, reduce huge salaries of many state and federal government employees, who must work for us, the People, but not the People to work for them and reduce waste of money on other countries. These actions will generate much more money than needed on health insurance.

--Director of the Oregon Department of Human Services Dr. Goldberg spent $3.2 million on so named "consulting" service, which is not from Oregon, but for his friends in California. This lazy cat must himself perform this job. What a waste our money. How many children could have health insurance for this amount of money? Many.Goldberg must resign.

--Seniors and Veterans: We owe them and protect seniors from abuses with severe punishment. Seniors are paying too much for car insurances and for prescription drugs. We must help them. We must respect and share the wealth and health with veterans and seniors who created and defended this nation. Save Social Security: No! to privatization.
--American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) states that it mission is "to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties". And why is US government talking about negotiating the price of drugs, but not to demand to cut the cost of drugs? Because our Democrat and Republican elected officials are paying them back for "donations". Why must seniors drive to Canada, Mexico to buy cheaper drugs? Because politicians of both parties are not honest, they aren't interested in cutting the cost of drugs: they are corrupted, they are puppets of the drug manufacturing companies: they received money from them (as Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Merck).

--Employment: unemployment in Oregon is much higher than state reported because many people do not registered with the Oregon Employment Department. Unemployed people want to see on the roads flowers and signs of: "Help Wanted", but not the signs of names of the candidates, the puppets of big money. Taxpayers will give a gift to every student: a jump rope, for purpose of fitness and fan, they will do compete with me (70) (also in push-ups and pull-ups). It is better to have one educational system: it will cost much less. We could give a very good education in 11 years. I'm against discrimination in education and employment. Government (taxpayers) is giving students loans for education, but Sallie Mae Corp. is charging too much as 28%, robbing students. Student lenders companies and collection companies are buying politicians and harassing, threating students, making them criminals without court, seizure income tax, garnishing wages and etc even if some students do not owe money, the US Department of Education is supporting it. In Contracts with students institutions promised to give an adequate education for payment, but many of them do not do it. It is a crime and I will stop it and they will accountable for it. If the institution didn't give a good education, students will not pay for loans.

- Federal law "No Child Left Behind" is so stupid as it's creator - President Bush. It is a common sense: all children can't have same level of knowledge and brain development. Ban this law ASAP: do not dictate teachers how to teach. So many students are obese because there for most students is no physical education (PE). Why? It is a conspiracy of medical organizations, drug companies and the politicians, corrupted by them. It is a common sense: obese child is a potential supply now and in the future as a sick adult for medical organizations and drug companies. Establish PE in all schools for all children.

--Help parents, protect children from predators, drugs and gangs - state and nation need establish more child care on workplaces and in schools (before and after school). Parents will not be worry about children and productivity will increase. Doing it we will save on prisons later.

Appointments of US Attorney General, US Judges and US Attorneys by US Senators and the President is violation of the Constitution of the USA because it is NOT separation of power and branches of government. We must elect US Attorney General, Supreme Court Justices, US Federal Judges and US Attorney, but do not appoint them as it is now (it is the same as was in Communist Russia). --My Analysis of firing US Attorneys: It is a political motivation by President Bush and do not allow some to testify in the court to prevent investigations. He acts as "I'm the People" and gave an order to US Attorney General Gonzales to terminate honest Federal Prosecuters. It is abuse of power.

- US Attorney Karin Immergut (not convicted yet criminal) is violating US Constitution, but still is working. What is going on with this so named "democracy"? US Attorney and Judges must serve not at president's pleasure, as it is now, but at the People's pleasure - it would be a separation of power - it would be a support our Constitution. US Supreme Court so greedy: they had a huge salaries, about $202,000.00 and wanted more. And US Congress gave them $3,434.00 more. For what? What a parazites, they do NOT care about this country but themselves. Judges do conspiracy with government, pushing the victims to take the laws into their own hands. Federal and State Courts are charging fees for filing Complaints and the judges are dismissing almost all cases (if a victim has no lawyer) without any jury trials as the law required. It is a violation, rape of our Constitution. It is a crime, it is a "street" robbery without any punishment. It must be stopped! Courts must be affordable to anyone without using Attorney and must work for THE PEOPLE. My case against TRI-MET was misconducted by US Judge Panner and I demand rehearing my case by the Jury trail. TRI-MET owes me at least $500.000.00 in lost wages only.

--Former US Attorney General A. Gonzales and US Comptroller General D. Walker, K. Marcus - Director of US Commission on Civil Rights didn't investigate federal crimes of federal employees because they are appointed by these employees and are puppets of them.

Medicare and Medicaid are cheated, overcharged and who cares? President Bush? No! What a waste of taxpayers money. OHSU wasted many, many millions taxpayers money. NIH wastes many billions taxpayers dollars on grants and funding of organizations which many years have no any acheavement. Drug companies are using taxpayers money for own profits. Why our children would pay for it?

Control spendings, eliminate governments' waste as on TRI-MET's Inspectors, who have salaries $50K+ plus benefits. Volunteers and senior citizens may do this job for free. TRI-MET is wasting a lot of taxpayers money on "TRI-MET LIFT" program. Many people with huge salaries, for $1.65 are using small TRI-MET buses as personal taxi to go to play pocker, to do shopping at Farmer's Market and etc. And taxpayers are paying for it. Why?
--Some Fortune 500 companies, who have access of many billions dollars as Pfizer, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, Archer Daniels Midland, oil companies and etc are receiving subsidy payments. What? Why? Because they bought politicians. Many non-profit organizations are abusing this system: do not pay taxes, but are paying themselves huge salaries. Idiots US Senators from Oregon Wyden and Smith, members of the US Budget Committee are spending many billions taxpayers dollars on countries which do not support our country and where people instead to work and earn on living, spending time in the terrorist training camps to kill Jews and Americans and saying "Death America and Israel", and they are killing our people, but .... the money continue to flow to these countries. What a stupidity of US Congress. Many billions taxpayers money does to subsidise banks and many other big businesses. And same time federal government cut $200 million from American families in Oregon counties. Shame!

There was death for death, no excuse that a person was "mentally ill" if he killed someone. Child molesters and rapists after serving a prison terms weren't allowed to live close to cities in distance of 101 kilometers. People were afraid to get a prison term. Here in the USA many prisoners didn't do crimes. I will investigate it. The base of Communism is to be honest: to give to the society as much as you could and receive from society everything what you want.
